A phased beachfront condominium resort in Turks and Caicos. Exterior, aerial, rooftop, and penthouse renderings, built as drone photomontages on the site’s real turquoise water, launched the residences, and the client returned for a one-bedroom interior.

Store-design visualization for Capri Holdings across two of its houses, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. Exterior and interior renderings of boutiques and flagships in Milan and Shanghai gave each store a photoreal reference to align design teams, landlords, and brand offices before fit-out, holding one material standard across cities.

A 154-home, 55+ active-adult community in Folsom, California, by O&I Development, the in-house development arm of Oakmont Management Group. Nine lifestyle-led renderings and an animation carried the amenities, from the resort pool and pickleball court to the sky lounge and theater, to the leasing market before the community opened. One of several Oakmont communities visualized with the studio.

A four-home luxury development in La Jolla, San Diego, by Jules Wilson Design Studio and Basile + Wilson. Thirteen exterior renderings launched the shovel-ready lots and their approved designs for sale before a single house broke ground.

A four-building flex and industrial park on Elvira Road in Tucson, repositioned and rebranded by The Sason Organization. A single aerial moonshot of all four buildings, delivered in two color schemes plus night and street views, launched construction and leasing for an asset class beyond the studio's usual homes and hospitality.

A five-story boutique office building at 2 Vantage Way in Nashville’s Metrocenter, repositioned for the future of work by The Sason Organization under its Elevate platform. Six renderings of the new lobby, lounge, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and a model tenant suite launched leasing on the finished amenity package before the work was done. The studio’s first Sason project.

A two-story luxury golf villa at Apes Hill, Barbados. The design was finalized inside the rendering process, and the finished visuals now carry the home’s off-plan sale.

A collection of modern tropical villas at Playa Grande on the Dominican Republic’s north coast, rendered for architecture and design firm Denton House Design Studio. Thirteen exterior renderings across three villa designs presented the beach-and-golf homes to the market before a villa was built.

A Solterra high-rise on Guildford Drive in Surrey, Metro Vancouver. Exteriors for scale, interiors for warmth, carried through a pre-sales launch. The majority of homes have since sold.

Sixteen renderings and an animation for 600 Hartz Avenue, a mixed-use development in Danville, California, with ground-floor retail under 37 luxury residences. A 12,795-square-foot hilltop spec mansion in Henderson, Nevada, for developer Imtiaz Tar (Tar Legacy Corporation) via the Sally Forster Jones Group. Five renderings and a cinematic launch film sold the home before it was built, then a specification document, construction drawings, and reflected ceiling plans helped build it. Completed in 2025 and listed at $19,995,000.

SoLa Michigan City

A lakefront condominium and townhome development by Farpoint Development in Michigan City, Indiana, with interiors by KOO Architecture. Ten interior and terrace renderings and a marketing animation, elevated to the homes' price point and built around the Lake Michigan views, launched both unit tiers for sale. The development was ultimately not realized.

Epiphany Cathedral

The seat of the Catholic Diocese of Venice in Florida, rendered for Baker Liturgical Art, the liturgical design and restoration firm on its renovation. Eleven renderings and a 90-second animation presented the $25 to $30 million renovation before ground broke in 2024, and the client returned for two more church projects.

A ground-up modern estate in the Upper Riviera of Pacific Palisades, for developer Mendez & Clark Ventures via the Sally Forster Jones Group. Eleven renderings and a cinematic animation, including a showcase garage with an animated car lift, presented the home before it was finished, built from the architect’s model and kept true to the build. Completed and listed at $24,995,000.

A wine-country estate in St. Helena, Napa Valley, developed by Riviera Development Company with Farrell Architecture and Lindsay Gerber Interiors. Twenty-seven exterior and interior renderings and an animation, with the marketing views chosen on a white model and composed around the vineyards, oaks, and hills. The client's third project with the studio.

A 1960s cabin on one of Incline Village's established luxury streets, rebuilt into a mountain-modern home for the Compass listing agent, with interior design by Peak Design Tahoe. Eight renderings carried one wood tone from the floors to the facade to market the house while it was still under construction.

A roughly 7,000-square-foot coastal farmhouse north of Montana in Santa Monica, for developer Imtiaz Tar (Tar Legacy Corporation) via the Sally Forster Jones Group. Five renderings and a cinematic launch film, refined through granular interior art direction with a starfield-ceiling theater added as a separate scope, sold the home before it was built. Completed in 2024 and listed at $14,995,000.

Four renderings, two exteriors compositing the tower into the real Chicago skyline plus a dramatic lobby atrium and a lake-view penthouse, gave an unbuilt concept a photoreal form to pitch to investors and the city. The tower remains a proposal.
