3D Exterior Rendering Services

The first image a buyer sees is almost always the exterior. It sets the price expectation, the lifestyle signal, and the decision to look further. NoTriangle is a 3D exterior rendering company working with luxury real estate developers, architects, and the agencies that serve them. We build that image to do all three.

[ What it does ]

What exterior rendering does for a project.

A developer building a $6M spec home in Malibu or a branded condo in Austin does not have the luxury of photography. The building does not exist yet. The buyer is deciding on a multi-million-dollar commitment based entirely on what they can see. The exterior rendering is where that decision either stalls or moves forward.

Done at the right level, an exterior rendering communicates the architecture, the materials, the setting, and the lifestyle signal all at once. It holds up against what the buyer has been looking at: design publications, Instagram, the marketing material of comparable properties. Done at the wrong level, it reads as a placeholder, and the buyer treats it as one.

Our 3D exterior rendering services are delivered fully in-house across California, Texas, New York, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, with active projects in Dubai, Vancouver, and the Caribbean. No subcontracting.

Pre-sales
Strong exterior imagery is what gets a buyer to commit before construction completes. It establishes the project's quality position before there is anything to photograph.
Planning approvals
Exterior renderings built for approval show massing, context, and design intent clearly. Planning boards and design review committees see the building in its real setting.
Capital and investor materials
Capital partners fund what they can see. An exterior rendering that communicates the scale and quality of the investment directly supports the capital conversation.
Brand integrity
For branded developments, the exterior imagery has to match the operator's visual standard. The rendering is the first signal of whether the finished product will hold the position the brand occupies.

[ Production levels ]

The right level depends on what the image has to do.

Level 01

Premium

recommended

Editorial and magazine-level quality. Custom-modeled environment elements. Lighting used as a storytelling tool, with blue hour, twilight, and dramatic variations where the project calls for it. Atmosphere, people, and landscape that suggest a lifestyle rather than just describe a building. The kind of imagery seen in a design publication or on a luxury developer's marketing site.

Right for ·  Luxury single-family spec homes. Branded residential and hospitality developments. Hero shots on any project type. PR launches and capital presentations.

Level 02

Standard

Clean, accurate, photorealistic. Professional imagery that communicates the design clearly. Library assets where appropriate, fair daylight, accurate materials. The kind of imagery seen on a developer's listing or sales brochure. Two revision rounds.

Right for ·  Supporting renders in a larger set. Architect deliverables and planning approvals. Multi-family and townhouse marketing.

[ Process ]

Every exterior rendering runs through the same process: market analysis, moodboard alignment, white-model angle approval, then photoreal production. The white-model step is where framing, camera height, and composition get locked before any material or lighting is applied. Changes here cost almost nothing. The same change later costs a round of revisions.

Every project starts with a discovery call.

It is where we understand what the project needs to do, who the buyer is, what the launch looks like, and whether we are the right studio for the work.
