3D Renderings for Single-Family Luxury Residential Developments
Exterior and interior renderings for luxury single-family developers, architects, and the agents marketing their projects. Built for design approval, pre-sales, and investor presentations, from the project model through a structured process.
Residential rendering is photoreal visualization of single-family homes and residential developments before they are built. NoTriangle Studio, a 3D architectural visualization studio headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Fremont, California), founded in 2014, creates residential renderings for spec-home developers, custom-home architects and listing agents across the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
For Carrizo Lots, a four-home luxury development in La Jolla, thirteen exterior renderings launched the shovel-ready lots and their approved designs for sale before a single house broke ground. Read the case study

Every NoTriangle project is quoted to its scope after a discovery call; there is no price list. Cost guide
Frequently asked questions
Can renderings sell a home before it is built?+
Yes, and that is most of what this work is for. Villa Solene in Barbados sold before it was built, and Serenity, a coastal farmhouse in Santa Monica, was marketed on five renderings and a launch film before construction and sold in 2025. The images have to hold up against what luxury buyers already see in design publications.
How many views does a spec home launch need?+
Fewer than most developers expect. Two strong renderings usually outperform four average ones, and the hero shot is often not the obvious view. We bring a recommendation from the first call and refine it through the moodboard and white-model stages, so every view in the set carries weight in the listing, the brochure and the launch.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium renderings?+
Standard is clean, accurate and photoreal: the imagery seen on a developer's listing or sales brochure, with daylight scenes and library furniture matched to the design. Premium is editorial: lighting used as storytelling, custom-modeled furniture, and people and props that suggest a lifestyle. Many sets combine both, with Premium hero shots and Standard supporting views.
Will you work with our architect and listing agent together?+
Yes, and on most residential projects we expect to. We act as the coordinating hub and push for a single comments channel, so the architect, the agent and the developer stay aligned instead of sending conflicting notes. We also advise on the shot list: when a view will not serve the sale, we say so, and the decision stays yours.
