Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an office in New York?
No, our main US-based office is in San Francisco. I have a project outside of the city that requires specific landscaping, is this something you’re able to help with?
Location isn’t a limiting factor in the sense that we can work on your projects no matter where they’re based. We have carried out several projects in the Hamptons, New York State and nearby states such as Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. With this experience, we are able to create a photorealistic landscape in 3D whether you’re looking to recreate the beach environment of the hamptons or the Woodlands and Rolling hills of Rhode Island and Connecticut.
I have a strict deadline with the local board, is this something you’re able to adapt to?
We work with several clients whose main goal is to use renderings in order to achieve planning permission, and we know that getting approval is something that can be tricky, especially in places like the Hamptons. With this in mind, we’re able to adapt our process to your needs to account for the possibility of lots of back and forth with the local planning board in order to get approval.
Can I use drone footage to enhance the results of my renderings?
Unfortunately, drones are illegal in NYC, meaning that we’re not able to blend drone footage with 3d render New York projects, like we do in many other areas in the USA. That being said, there are a few alternatives to this, such as creating the surrounding area in 3D, and using real estate photographers to take photos from specific viewpoints to mimic a drone.
