Two studios can quote the same number of images and hand over very different things. One sends a set of web-sized JPGs. The other sends print-ready masters, organized and labeled by view, with editable files where you need them and clear terms on what you can do with the images.

The difference matters most at the end of a project, when a deadline is close and you discover a file is the wrong size or you cannot edit it. This is what to confirm up front so the handover is exactly what you expected.

Resolution and Print: Sizing Images to Where They Appear

By default we deliver at 4K resolution, which is suitable for web, social, and most print. Where a project needs something larger, a hoarding, a display board, or a large-format poster, we can produce at a higher resolution, but it is worth deciding that early because it affects production.

The useful principle is to size each image to where it will actually appear rather than maximizing everything. A billboard viewed from across a street needs far fewer pixels per inch than a brochure held in the hand. We confirm the target formats at the start so each image is produced for its job. There is more detail on this in our render resolution guide.

How Files Are Delivered and Labeled

Final files are delivered in the agreed formats, organized and clearly labeled by view and space so they are easy to use across your materials. On a project with many units or angles, this matters more than it sounds, a folder of cryptically named files slows down everyone who touches the campaign.

Master files are provided where requested. We label each image and floor plan by the villa, building, or view it shows, so a prospect, a broker, or your marketing team can place every render without having to ask which space it is.

Source and Editable Files

Sometimes you need more than the final image. Layered or editable files, such as PSDs, can be provided when you want to make your own adjustments or hand the work to an agency for campaign use. The same applies to source and clip files from an animation when an editor needs to recut footage.

Because preparing files this way affects how they are produced, we confirm what is included as part of the scope rather than leaving it to the end. If you know an agency will be editing the assets, say so at the start and we will deliver in a form they can work with.

Cutdowns and Vertical Versions of a Video

A single master animation can produce a lot of marketing. From one film we can create shorter edits and vertical or square formats for social platforms, and adjust pacing, text, or order for different audiences.

Producing these cutdowns from one master is far more efficient than commissioning separate videos, so it is worth planning the social versions at the same time as the main film rather than coming back for them later.

When You Own the Renders

You receive full usage rights to the final deliverables once the project is fully paid, free to use across marketing, sales, listings, and presentations. The handover point and the terms are set out in the agreement so there is no ambiguity about when the images are yours to use.

If your project is confidential or pre-launch, that is common, and we are glad to sign an NDA before files change hands. The work can be kept off our own portfolio and social channels where that is required.

FAQs

What resolution are final images? By default 4K, which suits web, social, and most print. Larger formats such as hoardings or display boards can be produced at higher resolution when confirmed at the start.

Can I get editable PSD or source files? Yes, layered or editable files can be provided when you need them for your own adjustments or for an agency. We confirm this as part of the scope since it affects how files are prepared.

Can my agency get the clip or source files from a video? Yes. Source and clip files can be provided for editing or campaign work; we confirm the formats and what is included up front.

Can you make social cutdowns from the main animation? Yes. From one master film we produce shorter edits and vertical or square versions, which is more efficient than commissioning separate videos.

When do I own the renders? You receive full usage rights to the final deliverables once the project is fully paid, with the terms set out in the agreement.
