Located at 1660 Casale Road in Los Angeles’ exclusive Pacific Palisades Riviera, this $30 million residence was envisioned by renowned architect Paul McClean and built by Tyler Development. No Triangle Studio was commissioned by Compass and Mendez Clark Ventures to bring the home to life through photoreal 3D animation.
The animation showcases Casale’s extraordinary architectural flow: a three-story waterfall courtyard, walls of glass framing ocean vistas, and spaces that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living. The home features a gourmet kitchen, infinity-edge pool, private home theater, wine cellar, and a collector’s dream—a luxury car museum with a built-in turntable.
Project Description
Compass and Mendez Clark Ventures needed a marketing animation that captured the scale and drama of Casale without losing the intimacy and warmth that makes it livable. No Triangle Studio was brought on to create a high-impact, visually stunning animation that reflects both the grandeur of the architecture and the elegance of the lifestyle it enables.
This project demanded a balance of realism, spatial storytelling, and emotional tone — a visual narrative that could both inform and inspire luxury buyers.
Project Challenges
We approached Casale with several creative and technical challenges that shaped our animation strategy:
Challenge 1: Showcasing Vertical Drama and Courtyard Flow
The three-story waterfall courtyard is a central visual anchor. Capturing its depth and interaction with interior spaces required complex camera planning and vertical storytelling.
Challenge 2: Conveying Panoramic Views and Transparency
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and hillside positioning meant views were everything. We needed to time camera angles and lighting perfectly to showcase the Pacific vistas and architectural transparency.
Challenge 3: Integrating High-End Amenities with Style
From the wine cellar to the car museum, each luxury feature had to feel cinematic without distracting from the home’s overall design cohesion.

To bring the Casale Residence to life, No Triangle Studio used advanced visualization techniques:
Cinematic Camera Design:
We mapped dramatic sweeps and slow pans to follow natural light, guide the eye through indoor-outdoor transitions, and capture vertical volume from ground floor to rooftop.
Atmospheric Lighting and Reflections:
We recreated late-day lighting and golden hues to reflect the home’s west-facing position, adding depth and contrast to glass surfaces, water features, and polished materials.
Hero Moments and Detail Framing:
We isolated key features—like the infinity pool at sunset, the car museum’s turntable reveal, and the waterfall courtyard—to serve as emotional highlights in the animation.
