Art Director 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our Archviz Studio. As the Art Director, you will lead our 3D team, establish aesthetic and technical guidelines, supervise the team, and ensure the quality and visual consistency of our projects. We are looking for someone with a strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and deep knowledge of images and videos. While video editing skills are not required, you should be able to prepare scenes for animation rendering.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish the art direction, create mood boards, guidelines, cameras, and define aesthetic and technical guidelines for projects.
  • Supervise the 3D artist team and other professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and training.
  • Collaborate with the production team to define project scope, deadlines, and required resources.
  • Ensure the visual quality and consistency of our work by reviewing and enhancing projects at all production stages.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest technical trends, visual styles, and real estate market developments.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, presenting creative and strategic ideas.
  • Manage the department’s budget and resources in collaboration with the team leader, ensuring compliance with deadlines and goals.
  • Manage and organize projects in the internal and external render farm.


Requirements:

 

 

 

 

  • 7 years of experience with programs such as 3Ds Max, Corona, and post-production.
  • Experience in team management/support.
  • Extensive knowledge of art direction, composition, lighting, photography, and visual styles.
  • Mastery of technical aspects in projects of all sizes, from small-scale (houses/interiors) to large-scale (neighborhood/city/animations).
  • Proficiency in additional plugins and software (Forest Pack / Xref / Deadline).
  • Expertise in scene and geometry optimization.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on large-scale projects without supervision.
  • Capability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

 

 

 

 

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Video editing skills using Premiere.
  • Post-production skills using After Effects.
  • Mastery of animation plugins: (Anima, Tyflow, Phoenix, Marvelous Designer, DriveMaster/Craftstudio/Traffic).

  • Proficiency in additional software (Blender, Revit, Sketchup).
  • Experience in international projects.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our Archviz Studio. As a Senior 3D Artist, you will be responsible for leading and supervising teams, ensuring the final quality of our work, and proposing creative solutions. We are looking for someone with exceptional technical and artistic skills, as well as solid experience in the field of images and animation. While video editing skills are not required, you should be able to prepare scenes for animation rendering.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional quality of projects by reviewing and enhancing 3D models, textures, lighting, and overall quality.

Project Manager Assistant

As a Junior Project Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the creation of high-quality renderings and animations for the luxury real estate market in North America. Your responsibilities will involve organizing materials for new projects, assisting in the creation of moodboards, and reviewing renderings to ensure their accuracy in relation to architectural plans, interior design, and landscape projects. You will also support the day-to-day operations of the studio, working closely with our assistants and project managers on various team-related tasks, as well as taking on certain client-related responsibilities when required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan Visualization: Utilize your architectural expertise to comprehend and interpret architectural plans, ensuring their precise translation into accurate 3D models.
  • Accuracy Control: Verify that appropriate finishes, fixtures and equipment (FFE), and landscaping materials are correctly depicted in 3D renderings according to the project.
  • Review: Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee accuracy and adherence to design specifications, and provide constructive feedback for refinement as necessary.
  • Organization: Establish and maintain a clear and efficient organizational structure for projects.
    English Communication: Demonstrate effective communication with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing, showcasing a high level of English proficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with managers and artists to meet project deadlines and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English at a high level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Solid organizational and general administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills for successful collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience supporting junior teams or in project management.
  • Familiarity with the Interior and/or landscape design process, including moodboard and material board creation.
  • Experience or knowledge of review platforms such as Review Studio.
  • Experience or knowledge of architectural visualization tools (3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp).
  • Previous involvement in international projects is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like ClickUp or Asana.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
