Discovery Land Company—one of the world’s leading developers of ultra-luxury private residential communities—partnered with NoTriangle Studio to produce golf course renderings and high-end 3D animations for their Driftwood Cabins & Bungalow neighbourhood in Driftwood, Texas.

 

Located within a nature-forward, golf-centric private development in Driftwood, Texas, the project targets affluent buyers seeking privacy, craftsmanship, and lifestyle quality rather than density or spectacle.

 

The challenge extended beyond aesthetics. 

The visuals needed to function as decision-making tools, supporting:

  • Final design alignment
  • Investor and internal approvals
  • Pre-sale marketing
 

Cohesive community storytelling across multiple stakeholders. 

Our role was to ensure the visual strategy directly supported those outcomes — not simply to produce attractive imagery.

Client’s Initial Challenge
